2019 Oyster Stroll Jurying Application

  1. PLEASE NOTE: Food Vendors/Artisans/Home Based Consultants Vendors: Hours of Operation: Sat. 11:00 AM-4:00 PM. Artisans/Home Based Consultants: Your space is 10x10, you must be operational during the times listed above, NO EXCEPTIONS. When jurying applications we will do our best to limit duplicates. Food Vendors: Your space is 20x10, you must be operational all hours of Wine Stroll, NO EXCEPTIONS. You do not have access to any ELECTRIC, you may bring a silent generator to power your equipment. You must submit an application for jurying if you wish to participate. Applicants will be judged by quality of product, themed set-up and display, originality, uniqueness and menu/price of items. Items should be geared to the "Seafood/Angler/Aquatic/Culinary" theme of the event. As we receive applicants, they will be filed under the category of your juried merchandise. Jurying category selections will be limited to balance out the event and we may ask you to change menu options to not duplicate others. All decisions by the Jurying Committee will be final.

  2. Attention Food Vendors:

    Food Vendors in addition to pictures of your event display, must provide pictures of menu with price list for jurying, if you wish to participate. Applicants will be judged by quality, specialty menus at reasonable prices, neatness of display, originality, and uniqueness. Menus may be limited to balance out the event. All decisions by the Jurying Committee will be final.
