Copies of Bidding Documents may be purchased at the City Offices at 56 W. Main Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157, (2nd Floor) on or after September 20, 2017, upon submission of a check or money order payable to the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Westminster in the amount of $250.00 per set. If mailing of documents is requested, check or money order payable to the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Westminster in the amount of $275.00 per set must be submitted with the request to cover handling and postage fees. Bidding Documents may also be purchased on CD for $25.00 which includes the Bidding Documents and shipping costs. Payment for CD copies shall be in accordance with the provision for hardcopies. No refunds will be made for the return of Bidding Documents.
