Adminstrative Services The Administrative Services Department is responsible for the Offices of Technology and the Public Housing Agency. This Department handles a variety of complex and high level special projects which impact several or all departments of the City. Examples of these projects include oversight of the Water and Sewer Rate Structure Study and the Retiree Health Care Study.
