Parking Permits New Permits:
To obtain a new permit, the customer must come to 56 W. Main Street to pick up either a hang-tag or garage card. They can download a permit application here, or they can come in and fill it out. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, money order, or Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Customers can fill out the application and mail it in, along with payment, or they can call the payment in over the phone; however, they still must physically come to pick up the permit.
Renewals:
To renew parking permits, customers can call in payments via Visa or MasterCard credit cards, or mail a check or money order, along with a renewal form. A sticker can be mailed to them, or the customer can pick it up at 56 W. Main Street. Garage cards are handled via a computer system, so only payment is needed to continue valid card use.
