Board of Zoning Appeals

The Westminster Board of Zoning Appeals conducts public hearings to consider requests for special exceptions, variances to the City's Zoning Ordinance, as well as appeals of decisions made by the Zoning Administrator.

The Board consists of three members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council. The members of the Board must reside in the City and are appointed for three year terms.

The Board meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm at City Hall, as needed. The meetings are open to the public.
