Law Enforcement Torch RunThe annual Carroll County Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics is held in June with approximately 150 law enforcement officers who participate from around the county and five athletes who carry the Special Olympics “Flame of Hope” from the far corners of the County to Westminster to raise funds and awareness for the wonderful work of Special Olympics.
