2020 Fallfest Vendor Jurying Application

  1. Artisans/Commercial Business/Home Based Consultants/Non Profit Vendors:

    Hours of Operation: Saturday 10:00 am- 6:00 pm and Sunday 12:00 pm- 6:00 pm. Your space size is 12' x 12' (Width x Depth). You must be operational during the "Hours of Operation" listed above, NO EXCEPTIONS! When jurying applications, we will do our best to limit duplicates. NONPROFIT VENDORS: In addition to the above information, you must supply proof of your 501(c)3 status (please attached proof below to your jurying application). We supply you with a game to operate during Fallfest, you must supply the prize for participants which can be given with your literature at your booth. If you have a game you would like to bring, this must be pre-approved by the committee.

  2. Food Vendors:

    Hours of Operation: ALL HOURS of Fallfest (Thursday 6:00 pm- 10:00 pm, Friday 6:00 pm- 10:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am- 10:00 pm, and Sunday 12:00 pm-6:00 pm) NO EXCEPTIONS! If you are selecting a space that includes electric, you will be assigned 3-10 AMP outlets per space. Due to the amount of power we are able to supply, no extra outlets will be given for any reason and no power strips of any kind will be permitted. Vendor must provide all needed heavy duty extension cords. If you are selecting a space that does not include electric: YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN ACCESS TO ANY ELECTRIC, you are welcome to bring a silent generator to power your equipment. Please note: It must be a silent type generator or you may be asked to have it removed.

  3. You must submit an application for jurying if you wish to participate in the 2020 Fallfest.

    Applicants will be judged by quality of product, themed set-up and display, originality, uniqueness and menu/price of items. Items should be geared to the "fall" theme of the event. As we receive applicants, they will be filed under the category of your juried merchandise. Jurying category selections will be limited to balance out the event and we may ask you to change menu options to not duplicate others. All decisions by the Jurying Committee will be final.

  4. Attention Food Vendors:

    Food Vendors in addition to pictures of your event display, must provide pictures of menu with price list for jurying, if you wish to participate. Applicants will be judged by quality, specialty menus at reasonable prices, neatness of display, originality, and uniqueness. Menus may be limited to balance out the event. All decisions by the Jurying Committee will be final.
