2026 Fallfest Vendor Jurying Application

  1. 2026 Fallfest

    You must submit an application to be juried if you wish to participate in the 2026 Fallfest.

    Applicants will be judged by quality of product, themed set-up and display, originality, uniqueness of menu/products and pricing. Items must be related to the "fall" theme of the event. As we receive applications, they will be filed under the category of your juried merchandise. Jurying category selections will be limited to balance out the event. We may ask you to change menu options to not duplicate others. All decisions by the Jurying Committee will be final.

    The deadline for jurying applications is August 31st.

  2. Food Vendors:

    Hours of Operation: ALL HOURS of Fallfest (Thursday, September 24 from 6:00 PM- 10:00 PM, Friday, September 25 from 6:00 PM- 10:00 PM, Saturday, September 26 from 10:00 AM- 10:00 PM, and Sunday, September 27 from 12:00 PM- 6:00 PM)

    Food Vendor Fee: $550

    Space size included with fee: 20' x 10' (Width x Depth).  If you require additional space, you must purchase additional spaces at the aforementioned fee based on your vendor category.

    All vendors are required to be operational during the "Hours of Operation" listed above, NO EXCEPTIONS!

    Each space will be provided with three outlets on a single 20-amp circuit. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure these standards are met. Due to the amount of power the festival is able to supply, no extra outlets will be given for any reason and no power strips of any kind will be permitted.  If the vendor needs additional electric, it must be supplied by the vendor via silent generator. Vendor must provide all needed heavy duty extension cords.

  3. Artisan/Craft/Entertainment/Home Based Vendor

    You are choosing to apply as either an artisan/craft vendor, entertainment vendor or home based vendor for the 2-day Fallfest Vendor Show. Upon receiving your application, the Fallfest Jurying Committee will sort you into each of the aforementioned categories.

    Hours of Operation: Saturday, September 26 from 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM and Sunday, September 27 from 12:00 PM- 6:00 PM. 

    Vendor fees: Artisan and Craft Vendor: $150- An artisan/craft vendor is one who create/builds their own products.

    - Entertainment Vendor: $200- An entertainment vendor is someone who provides a direct service to guests onsite during the event (ex: henna, face painting, fairy hair, etc.)

    - Home Based Vendor: $250- A home based vendor is a direct-to-consumer sales vendor.

    Space size included with fee: 12' x 12' (Width x Depth). If you require additional space, you must purchase additional spaces at the aforementioned fee based on your vendor category.

    All vendors are required to be operational during the Fallfest hours listed above, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

    THERE IS NO ACCESS TO ELECTRIC. You may bring a silent generator (50-60 decibels) to power you equipment. If you choose to bring a silent generator, it must fit within your given vendor space. If your generator does not comply, you will not be permitted to use it during the event, NO EXCEPTIONS.

  4. Nonprofit Vendors:

    A nonprofit vendor is a federally classified 501c3 organization. You will need to submit proof of your 501c3 status with your registration.

    Hours of Operation: Saturday, September 26 from 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM and Sunday, September 27 from 12:00 PM- 6:00 PM. 

    Vendor fee: $50

    Space size included with fee: 12' x 12' (Width x Depth). If you require additional space, you must purchase additional spaces at the aforementioned fee based on your vendor category.

    All vendors are required to be operational during the Fallfest hours listed above, NO EXCEPTIONS.

    In addition to the above information, you must supply proof of your 501(c)3 status (please attach proof below to submit as part of your jurying application). You will also be required to run a game to play with children attending Fallfest. We supply you with a game to operate, you are responsible for supplying the prizes for participants. The prizes can be given out with your literature at your booth. If you have a game you would like to bring, it must be pre-approved by the Fallfest Committee.


  5. Please remember that all products/menus that you are submitting with your jurying application must be related to the theme of Fallfest to be considered.

    Submitting a jurying application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Your application will be reviewed and if you are selected to participate, you will receive an email with further instructions about registering.

  9. Attention Food Vendors:

    In addition to pictures of your event display, you must provide pictures of your menu with price list for jurying. Applicants will be judged by quality, specialty menus at reasonable prices, neatness of display, originality, and uniqueness. Menus may be limited to balance out the event. All decisions by the Jurying Committee will be final.
