Family Memberships include 6 immediate family members with a maximum of 2 adults (19 & over) only: spouses and unmarried children or stepchildren living at the family residence.
Season Pass holders with special circumstances may add additional dependents (18 & under) to a family membership at a fee of $50 City Resident or $65 Non-Resident per add-on.
A Pool Membership Card is required for each member. If you are a new member, please e-mail a photo of each person listed on the membership to WestminsterRec@westminstermd.gov. Photos may also be taken at the Westminster Fitness Center or at the pool gate.
Pool Membership Cards
The City of Westminster Recreation & Parks Department will continue using digital membership cards. Digital cards eliminate the need to send photos or pick up new membership cards each new pool season. When you renew your membership, Recreation & Parks will reactivate your cards from the previous season. Beginning in 2016, returning members needing replacement cards will be assessed a $5 fee.
Returning members can reactivate last year's cards by paying the applicable rate for 2023. New members will be issued a digital membership card as part of their membership package, at no additional cost.
